Make your own chocolate bar

If you are feeling lonely,  a theobromine fix might be one of your best ethnobotanical remedies in the fridge. You can have more control over the ingredients if you make your confections yourself. The only problem I ran into is that the chocolate ends up being a bit gritty.  I think the pros have special machinery that grinds the beans down to a perfect consistency without damaging the vital oils. Either way you look at it, homemade food is the best way to go because you can put your heart, mind, and soul into it.

Anyway, this is my experiment:

1 lb of Navitas raw chocolate (save the zip locked bag)
1/4 cup of coconut butter
1/8 cup of water
1/2 cup of honey

Pulverize the above ingredients in a food processor or Vitamix, then add
1/3 cup of gogi berries or any dried berry to the mixture

then pack the ingredients back into the zip locked bag and put in freezer till hard. enjoy
