Rejuvelac is a very simple fermented beverage to make. Its take about 5-7 days to prepare.
1. Soak Kamut Berries overnight
2. Drain water, and attach a screen on top of jar
3. Rinse berries twice a day for three days.
4. Fill up the quart sized jar to the brim with purified water.
5. Ferment 24-48 hours: If the container is placed in the sun, the fermentation will speed up.
6. Place container in the refrigerator
7. Reuse the the Sprouted Kamut to make another batch or rejuvelac.
Rejuvelac can be made in many flavors. Try adding lemon or lime with a sweetener of your choice, ie. Stevia, Honey, Agave, etc.
