Kamut Rejuvelac Rocks

Rejuvelac is a very simple fermented beverage to make. Its take about 5-7 days to prepare.
1. Soak Kamut Berries overnight
2. Drain water, and attach a screen on top of jar
3. Rinse berries twice a day for three days.
4. Fill up the quart sized jar to the brim with purified water.
5. Ferment 24-48 hours: If the container is placed in the sun, the fermentation will speed up.
6. Place container in the refrigerator
7. Reuse the the Sprouted Kamut to make another batch or rejuvelac.

Rejuvelac can be made in many flavors. Try adding lemon or lime with a sweetener of your choice, ie. Stevia, Honey, Agave, etc.

T-Rex Zapper: Wart Treatment

I've tried everything to remove a wart on my wrist. We will see if this Wart Zapper Technology works. This will be the ultimate Zapper test, as all other forms of treatment have failed.

I am enjoying my T-Rex Zapper, and I have sent you guys lots of business. I have a stubborn wart on my wrist that will not go away. Since childhood, it's been there. I was wondering what the most effective way to use the T-Rex on it? Do I need to mount some kind of electrodes to the copper terminals? Do you have any suggestions how I could mount it?

"I think the only way you'll get rid of that one is to keep one of the discs of the zapper on it while you're sleeping, each night. A tennis wrist sweatband ought to work. Carol has one on her index finger and after a couple of weeks of zapping that way it almost went away but she got tired of messing with it, so it's still there. Funny thing is that warts anywhere but on the hand generally go away fast, no matter where the zapper is worn. Plantar warts are easy to get rid of, for instance, and those are often painful.

Sprout Racks :: Recycled Wooden Pallets

Today's Project: I'm chainsawing old wooden pallets in half, and recycling them into vertical sprout racks...saved "lots" of $$$ on wood @$1 each. It should be pretty functional when done, as there will be an automated misting system mounted above each shelf, as well as a sun screen. For mobility, rubber wheels on each rack.

Homemade Organic Solar-Sprouted Kamut Bread

Absolutely Delicious: Homemade Organic Solar-Sprouted Kamut Bread: I made the rack from a recycled pallet. The screen and nails I had to buy. The challenge with solar ovens of this nature is regulating the temp so the loaves get dehydrated before turning too sour- a little bit sour (Lactic Acid = Rejuvelac) is o.k.

I found a spot where the birds will not peck at them before I do. These are Basic Kamut Loaves, and the recipe can be adjusted according to one's liking. I will flip these loaves in six hours.

I might want to incorporate some kind of reflective material underneath. to expedite the baking.

Recipe:

I put 1.5 cups of Organic Kamut Berries in a qt. jar w/ pure Mount Shasta Spring water, and soaked it overnight.
Then I rinsed the berries via the screened lid twice a day for three days.
I put the spouted kamut in my Vitamix w/ olive oil, water, and Kala Namak Salt and refrigerated overnight. That's it.

Sri Yantra Grounding Plate

Sri Yantra Grounding Plate : I made this pretty cool grounding device to help ground my body's electrical field. While I sit in front of my computer, I put one foot on my Sri Yantra.

The electrical circuit tester is detecting the integrity of the circuit, which is properly grounded and safe. For surge protection, I've added a 1Amp Fuse into the 10AU grounding wire.

A dedicated grounding wire with 2-6ft grounding rod would also be a nice addition. Personally, I like the simplicity of this unit.

Fuses: The job of a fuse is to blow when something is wrong, i.e. power surge from lightening. It is a simple automatic switch to turn the grounding plate off rather than allow it to electricute someone. It is fitted with the lowest rated fuse possible so that it blows easily.

I keep on getting hints that this is what I am supposed to be doing. I guess I am going to have to go buy some some art supplies, and get started soon. Meanwhile, I will have to get my inspiration from Carol Croft's Dolphin Orgone Pendant found inside my T-Rex Zapper :)

The term orgone was invented by Wilheil Reich to indicate the vital energy, known in various cultures as Prana or Ki. Reich build build a device capable of accumulate orgonic energy, he noticed that many layers of organic and metallic material could attract this form of energy, from this law he built many devices, the most famous was the orgonic accumulator(ORAC).

Building a Terminator :: TRex Review (Pending)

I'm waiting for my T-Rex to arrive USPS - ordered directly from Don and Linda Croft. Knowing that it will consume a 9V Duracell for every 100hrs of usage, I figured some rechargeable NiHi 9V batteries and a charger would be a great investment.

Note: A few seconds ago Don Croft just sent me response to an email about the rechargeable batteries: "The better rechargeable batteries are nickel/metal-hydride because they hold a charge for five days or so. Nickel cadmium (avoid) batteries only hold a charge for less than a day. Lithium-ion rechargeables hold a charge for a couple of weeks but are not available in stores, yet, and are quite expensive."

Follow up: My T-Rex arrived yesterday... yeah! So, I put my rechargeable 9V NiHi batteries to test, and discovered that the ones I bought at Radio Shack are a tad bit larger than the standard Duracells. So, I am going to have to use duct tape to keep the back cover from coming off.

For the past week, I have been doing a lot of Terminator R/D, and I figured I might as well publish my findings. If you Google the same keywords I did, I'm sure you will be led through similar channels. If you find any other relevant info. feel free to post in the comments field below.

There is a lot of superstition surrounding these devices. Some people even regard this body of research as pseudo-science. All I can say is before you become a debunker, try wearing one for a week, evaluate how you feel, and then remove it off your body. If you don't feel any different without a constant 15hrz harmonically square wavelength bathing your cells, then move on.

About The Zapper

How do I know it's working?

If the light doesn't come on when a new 9v battery is installed, return the zapper for a free replacement.
If the light comes on but there's no current from the copper contacts, return it for a free replacement.
When the tongue is touching both copper contacts there will be a strong tingle when the battery is fresh. A voltmeter will show around 5v.

Battery Life

When the light goes dim or no longer lights up there is still enough current to kill parasites, but it's best to put a fresh battery in. Just open the back and put in a new battery.
My zappers all use standard 9v batteries. An alkaline battery will last for around 100 hours of zapping; a non-alkaline one will last about 40 hours.

What changes can I expect to see from zapping?

NOTES: Worms disintegrate quickly after they're killed, so you won't likely see dead ones unless they're expelled shortly after they die or if you're having a colonic irrigation at the time. If flu or cold symptoms continue after a day of zapping, you're probably experiencing the effects of food poisoning or mold from stale household air (which is why this often happens in the winter and goes away in spring, as soon as the windows are opened).

Why are liver cleanses important?

Proper liver function and health depends on the adequate production and flow of bile. Flukes and liver stones impede bile flow like gravel in a garden hose.
According to numerous medical studies, nearly all North Americans have intestinal flukes in the bile ducts of their livers. These worms secrete a hormone, which keeps the ducts constricted so that they won't be expelled.
Cholesterol crystals form around fungi in the ducts and gradually become stones, often the size and color of peas. The number of stones can be quite high because of the presence of the flukes and widespread yeast (Candida-type fungi) in the body.
A day or so of zapping kills the flukes, but extra measures need to be taken to expel the stones. A liver cleanse, using Epsom salts to greatly, but safely, dilate the bile ducts of the liver and gall bladder, can enable the stones, even up to a half-inch in diameter, to be painlessly expelled.

Why are there crystals in the zapper?

A few years ago my friend, James Hughes, who had also begun teaches me about the uses of subtle energies, suggested putting a couple of crystals in the zapper. The increased efficiency and pleasant feeling that resulted was apparent to many people. James later suggested coloring the crystals red and purple, which made the zapper work even better.
There isn't an explanation for this in conventional terms, but the effects are real. My impression is that crystals act as an organizing, harmonizing bridge between the person and the circuitry of the zapper. Also, crystals work with whatever types of energy run thru and/or around them and seem to cause a synergy to take place between these energies.
Round amethyst (purple) and garnet (red) gemstones have a much stronger effect than the larger, double-terminated quartz crystals, so all of the zappers (including the regular model) have these now.

What is orgone and how is it generated?

Orgone is the name that Dr. Wilhelm Reich gave to what others have called 'chi,' 'ether,' 'life force,' 'animal magnetism,' etc.
Dr. Reich was the first western scientist to develop technology around this energy. The way he came to this is fascinating and will no doubt be taught in schools after the censorship regarding his life and work has ended.
Orgone is present throughout the universe as energy, life and matter potential. Dr. Reich developed a way to accumulate and concentrate this healing medium. The accumulator can be contaminated, though, when 'dead orgone' is present. Running water neutralizes dead orgone & Dr. Reich's 'cloudbuster' was able to remove it from the environment and channel it into running water. He used his cloudbusters to normalize rainfall and remove smog from the atmosphere.
More recently, someone found a way to generate orgone. 'Generate' may be an inaccurate term, since it seems to me that orgone is rather brought in from a hyperdimensional source this way. Orgone is the medium through with radionics works and is not electromagnetic, therefore isn't bound by time or space considerations as EM energies are.
A customer of mine had told me that the orgone generator he bought from www.orgone.net, for $500 was nothing but metal particles in epoxy. I made one and found that it put out a great deal more energy than the orgone accumulators that I'd made. When I added quartz crystals, lining up their axes with the length of the generator it put out even more energy, which could be consciously directed.
When I added an orgone generator to the zapper it make it work even better and caused much more rapid healing, pain relief, increased psychic perception and a mild euphoria.
Orgone can be seen against a monochrome background (blue sky is best) when your mind is in an alpha state. It's seen as tiny currents that appear and disappear within a second or so. Some are darker than the background, some are lighter. This is similar to what you'd see from the effects of straining on the retina, but the latter traces the blood vessels on the retina, but you'll find that the two processes actually look very different.
If you wonder how you'll know when you've reached an alpha state, find one of those posters that look like a lot of colored dots, which reveal a 3-D image after staring at it. When the image appears, you're in an alpha state.
Orgone generators can't be contaminated. In the presence of dead orgone, for example: next to a nuclear power plant, the generator greatly increases the output of orgone instead of being weakened. The healing properties of orgone generators have planetary implications as well as personal ones.

Why does an orgone generator help detoxify the body?

Putting a small orgone generator next to the body has the effect of an acupuncture treatment. An energy-sensitive will see the aura immediately brighten and enlarge, and the uneven, darker parts of the aura will even out and brighten in a short time, which indicates that the energy has a balancing effect, even intelligence. Parasites and toxic materials apparently rely on their 'dead orgone' components to do their work, and an orgone generator easily neutralizes this.

Why does the terminator work better than other zappers?

I think this is because the mobius coil makes up the 'other half' of the subtle energy components. Orgone is brought into the body by the generator, but the mobius coil stimulates healing energy that is latent in the body itself.
The coil is made along the lines of a mobius strip and was originally developed to neutralize the effects of harmful electromagnetic energies. We discovered that it has a powerful healing effect in the body, at least in the presence of an orgone generator, and we added it to the zapper along with a powerful rare earth magnet in the zapper.
The magnet seems to concentrate and focus the orgone toward the body, which perhaps accounts for the Terminator's ability to tone and heal parts of the body over which it's worn. This probably also accounts for the T's enhanced pain relieving ability.
This caused much more rapid healing and pain relief than the orgone generator alone brought, and has demonstrated many other benefits since then, including the ability to neutralize and eliminate organic toxins and toxic metals.
I lost the desire to drink coffee (90%) shortly after I started using my Terminator. I had made a resolution to quit trying to quit drinking coffee before that. As of this writing, it's been 6 months since that occurred. I had never been able to stay away from coffee for more than 3 weeks before that. This simply tells me that the Terminator provides the energy I used to get from coffee. There's no down phase of that energy cycle, so it's not from adrenaline.
While ordinary zappers won't kill shielded parasites the Terminator is proving to be effective in killing them, as with Lyme disease and Fibromyalgia (trichinosis?)

What are the benefits of the 15hz frequency?

Low frequencies, in general, seem to be more effective at getting the electric current through the skin. It's the current that kills parasites, so more of it will kill more of them and quicker. All of our zapper models now use this frequency.
15 cycles per second is a 'feel-good' frequency as well, which encourages us to wear our zappers more. Metaphysical considerations indicate that it has a consciousness-raising effect, which probably helps to counteract what is being done to encourage us to move in the other direction ;-)

How do zappers cure arthritis and high blood pressure?

Suppressed research has shown than fungi are responsible for both conditions. Since all zappers easily kill fungi, it's not hard to see why they cure these illnesses.
Fungi are the most widespread parasites in the body. Parasites, generally, are in colloidal suspension in body fluids. But they are positively charged, so would not be able to live in a healthy body, which is negatively charged.
Nutrients are all carried in the blood as negatively charged colloids. When they encounter the fungi, their energy is 'eaten' by the parasite and minerals fall out of suspension and form spurs, while the bone and joint tissues for which the nutrients were intended gradually become depleted and weakened.
Zappers quickly kill fungi and other parasites in the blood, lymph, cerebrospinal fluid, etc. and thus normalize the pH of the body, which is another way of saying that it re-establishes the slightly negative charge of healthy tissues. A lower pH, or positively charged environment in the body, results from the acidic secretions of all parasites.
When this has happened, nutrients reach their intended destinations and balance and healing takes place.
The Terminator quickly removes the pain of arthritis, though the complete reversal of arthritis takes some time. Pain elimination also gives increased range of motion in the joints!
High blood pressure is caused when the body sends cholesterol to coat fungal lesions in the arteries, as one would patch a punctured inner tube. This keeps happening as long as the fungi are forming more lesions and after awhile there's so much cholesterol in the arteries that they have lost their flexibility and their inside diameters are greatly reduced.
Killing the fungi with a zapper causes this process to reverse. The body knows how to dissolve and remove the cholesterol over time. As this happens, blood pressure gradually returns to normal.
ANTIBIOTICS are the primary cause of fungal infestations. This is because all antibiotics are, themselves, derived from powerful fungal toxins and encourages the growth of ALL fungi in the body. Killing some bacteria, which is the only thing that antibiotics are able to do, is just the process of eliminating the competition, as fungi and bacteria are both parasites. Using a zapper does all that antibiotics are intended to do, but with no bad effects.
In countries where the population doesn't have access to antibiotics the incidence of fungus-related diseases is almost non-existent. That's why Eskimos can eat whale blubber and Nigerian cow-herders can live on whole milk and neither population has high cholesterol levels.

How does the zapper affect allergies and asthma?

Food sensitivities generally disappear in a day or two. Most people call these allergies, but true allergies are more severe, I think. Please let me know whether your zapper stops your allergy.
The Terminator will usually stop an asthma attack but I don't know yet if it will eliminate asthma.

What about using the zapper 7 minutes on, 7 minutes off; electrophoresis; abstaining from pharmaceuticals, herbs, garlic, sugar; not using one with a pacemaker or while pregnant, etc.?

One of the burdens of promoting extremely simple and effective new technology is having to contend with a whole lot of pseudoscientific pronouncements by highly educated people about its working principles and 'restrictions,' but in fact none of the pronouncements made in this vein about the low-current electrocution of parasitic organisms are founded on any clinical or lab research, and none of them apply in practice to the use of any zappers on the market.
It may be shocking for you to realize that pioneers in this field could be that lax in their scientific standards, but there it is and I don't think it diminishes their love of humanity or courage in promoting these wonderful healing devices.
If I were to answer each of these caveats and recommendations this FAQ would assume the size of a small booklet and since you can probably work through the debunking yourself if you've taken high school science classes, I'll leave you to that. I repeat that I have nothing but gratitude and kind regard to the pioneers and I hope others will exhibit the same tolerance toward my own shortcomings.

Aren't you concerned about using metal against bare skin?

I've kept this groundless caveat separate because it's the one I hear most often.
At five milliamps there won't be many metal ions transferring through the skin but if that were to happen, they'd be in a form that the body can easily use as a nutrient. We're all deficient in copper and zinc trace elements because of the farming methods that have been used in N. America and Europe for many generations, so even if you were to get copper or zinc in an ionic form your body would be grateful.
In real terms, if one is concerned about metal migrating thru skin, one must surely realize that the metal won't hesitate to go through wet tissue and will just keep going when it gets to the skin ;-)
This fascination for nonsensical pronouncements is one of the aspects of human nature that reminds me of the Twilight Zone. After many folks have read the complete presentations of the pioneers, they latch on to the very bits that make no sense at all and focus their attention and even their promotional pitches, on those bits. It reminds me of churchianity, which only bears a faint, fleeting resemblance to the heart and essence of Jesus Christ's spirit-liberating teachings. What is ironic is that the pioneers may have put very little importance on these pronouncements and may have even just mentioned them off the cuff at some point-sort of thinking out loud.
I personally use a rebuilt Terminator using pennies as the electrical contacts and from which the copper was completely scrubbed off by the former user. I only use it so I can put my money where my mouth is regarding zinc as electrodes. I've been using this one for a year and a half.
Over the years, we've sold many thousands of Terminators and during this time, no one ever accused our T's of causing any problems. Additionally, of those indicating a sensitivity to metal touching the skin, everyone has gone on to tell us that they can wear our T's without any unpleasant skin reactions. RESPONSE: "Don Croft recons you should get at least 100 hours out of a single battery. I used to use copper top testers for testing my batteries but they are pathetic and I found they help the battery companies sell more batteries. When I tested all my batteries I had taken out of the Terminator for use in my Powerwand I found they had 8-9v power still on my multimeter. My mother really kanes her zapper and the battery goes on and on. Your talking if Don is correct say 5 days at 24hours. I personally wouldn't use a battery less than 7v, 6v at very minimum. I would get a couple of rechargable batteries and have one primed ready for the switch over. I dont see a problem with Rechargables. There is no indicator of battery power unfortunately. Circuitry for this is very simple and hoping in a new model it will be available. You need to avoid the NiCD (Nickel Cadmium) batteries as they have a memory and can loose charge through this. Get the Nickel Metal Hydride (Ni-MH) ones for the job.Take care and happy Terminating."

New study examines groundwater quality in North San Francisco Bay Region

SACRAMENTO, CA, September 8, 2010 (Water Tech) — A U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) report prepared in cooperation with the California Water Resources Control Board found high concentrations of naturally occurring inorganic constituents — including arsenic, boron and lead — in about 14 percent of the primary aquifers in Napa, Sonoma and Marin counties, according to a press release.

Primary aquifers are those that supply public drinking water.

The USGS assessment analyzed untreated groundwater from wells, not water delivered to consumers through the tap. Regulatory benchmarks are enforced only for water delivered to consumers, the release stated.

Arsenic was detected above the Maximum Contaminant Level (MCL) of 10 parts per billion (ppb) in about 10 percent of the primary aquifers.

Boron was detected above the California Notification Level, a non-regulatory benchmark of one part per million, in about 4 percent of the primary aquifers.

Lead was detected at high concentrations in about 2 percent of the primary aquifers. The U.S. Action Level for lead is 15 ppb.

“The work done by the Priority Basin Project in the North San Francisco Bay Area is important because we are providing, for the first time, a quantitative assessment of the extent to which deep groundwater may have high concentrations of both natural and man-made constituents,” said co-author Dr. Kenneth Belitz, chief of USGS’ GAMA program. “This information can be used by managers to ensure that our drinking water supply remains safe.”

A demonstration garden and compost project at the county jail that began as a way to reduce trash headed to the landfill also is giving inmates a sense of purpose.

The Full Circle Demonstration Garden opened to the public last fall. It is a collaborative effort between Nevada County Recycles and the Wayne Brown Correctional Facility.

The garden features worm composting, or vermicomposting, which turns 45,000 pounds of food scraps from the jail's kitchen each year into rich soil that fertilizes an organic vegetable garden used to feed inmates.

The garden also showcases a year-round Circle of Life garden created by horticulturist Kathy Irving and hosts community composting workshops several times a year.

On a warm, sunny Tuesday morning, Larry Henslee tended the worm bins - seven rows of wooden raised beds filled with soil and red worms. Each day, Henslee, an inmate at the jail, feeds the worms 124 pounds of vegetable-based food waste from the jail's kitchen. Each day, the worms devour the food; their waste, called castings, is a gardener's gold.

Henslee has served 200 days at the jail. He is the envy of his cell mates because he has the privilege of working outdoors in the earth and sunshine each day.

"It's nice to be able to give back. For me, I've been so self-absorbed for so long," Henslee said.

It's gratifying to see the reactions on people's faces when they pass by the garden that he takes pride in as if it were his own, Henslee said. Since he began working in the garden, he said, he has been treated as if he were human again.

"I've had some tough times. I've learned a lot from all this," Henslee said, adding he wants to grow a large garden and become a landscaper when he is released.

"The ability to work outside is very valuable for these folks," Captain Lee Osborne said. "It gets them outside and in the fresh air. There's a real sense of accomplishment."

Larry Henslee, an inmate at the Wayne Brown Correctional Facility, scoops up dirt full of worms that feast on kitchen scraps; their waste, called castings, creates a rich compost for other garden beds nearby where inmates grow vegetables used in the jail kitchen.

More gardens possible

That's just the kind of response Kathy Irving wants people to have to plants. She is the designer behind the Circle of Life Garden, a planting of repetitive patterns, like a mandala with flowers, culinary, therapeutic and food plants. She said she got the idea three years ago when she realized it was her path to help others.

If grants become available, her gardens could soon start popping up in schoolyards in Nevada County.

Saves money, shows others

Composting enriches the garden soil, but it also makes economic sense.

The jail saves $1,600 a year in disposal fees, Osborne said. The garden is nearly self-sustaining, with minor costs for seeds, tools and plastic covers to keep the worms warm in winter months.

Only minimum security inmates can participate in the garden project. They must meet grooming standards and be willing to work. Inmates earn a day off their sentences for every 45 hours worked.

But the garden also is meant as an outreach for others in the community to show people how to compost at home or business.

"This is really to be a model to show people what they can do," said Tracey Harper, recycling coordinator for Nevada County.

Osborne wants to expand the grounds and looks at other counties for models, such as a jail in Sonoma which has a 40-acre garden.

"We've shown that it can work. There's no reason not to do this," Osborne said.

Hi, healthy-food lovers and supporters,

Our food-club, Rawesome, was raided by federal, California State and Los Angeles County Health Officials and Police with guns drawn and threatening. They unplugged our surveillance camera to hide their actions. They threateningly refused video capture of their raid when members commenced filming. They served warrants on volunteer workers. Volunteers told them that they were trespassing on private property. they had no jurisdiction and must leave immediately but government agents refused to leave. Instead, those government agents trespassed and kidnapped volunteers and members for the entire time that they seized the property, about 5 hours. Also, they stole, under the term confiscate, thousands of dollars worth of member's FOOD that was private property, mostly raw dairy products and honey.

Two individuals identified themselves as FBI and Canadian government agents but they did not show their badges or surrender their business cards as did agents: Senior Investigator Ted Holst for Los Angeles City District Attorney; Los Angeles Environmental Health Specialist lll Michelle LeCavalier for Environmental Health Food and Milk Program Food Inspection Bureau; Investigator Marco Solorio for U.S. Food and Drug Administration Los Angeles District; Consumer Safety Officer Anita L. Liu for USFDA Import Operations Branch Los Angeles District; and Supervising Special Investigator Robert H. Donnalley for California State Animal health and Food Safety Services of CA Department of Food and Agriculture.

County of Los Angeles Bureau of Specialized Surveillance issued HEARING NOTICE 654043 for the next morning at 11:30 am to Rawesome Foods. That hearing was to occur less than 24 hours after the raid; impossible, no sane court would support such brief notice. The Hearing Notice claimed ILLEGAL FOOD FACILITY violation of CAL Code 114381 (states that a food facility shall not be open for business without a valid permit to operate. Operation of a food facility without a valid permit may result in closure of the facility and penalty fees of up to three times the original permit fee) , and violation of Title 8 LA County Code 8.04.932 (Business without a public health license or permit prohibited. No person shall engage in, conduct, manage or carry on any business or other activity for which a license or permit is required by this chapter if: A. He or she does so without having, pursuant to the provisions of this chapter, procured a license or permit to do so and paid the fee required; or B. If such license or permit has expired, been suspended, revoked, or denied. (Ord. 96-0069 § 58, 1996: Ord. 89-0080 § 6, 1989.); 8.04.934 Operating without a public health license or permit–Deemed misdemeanor–Penalty. A violation of Section 8.04.932 is a misdemeanor punishable by fine, or imprisonment in the county jail for a period not exceeding six months, or both. Such fine shall not be more than $500.00, and shall: A. For the first violation, not be less than $100.00; B. For the second and any subsequent violation, be $500.00) (8.04.942 Operating without a public health license or permit–Civil penalty. A. Any person who violates Section 8.04.932 shall be liable for a civil penalty recoverable in a civil action and payable to the county treasurer-tax collector:

1. In an amount not less than $100.00 for the first violation; and

2. In an amount not less than $500.00 for the second and any subsequent violation.

B. The remedies provided in Section 8.04.934 and by this section are mutually exclusive.

Right To Choose Healthy Food (RTCHF) is a not-for-profit trust association formed to protect individuals' rights to obtain and consume healthy food. RTCHF has many branches of affiliated private clubs throughout USA and a few in Canada. The club members are well-educated and intelligent, who daily choose to reject standard toxic governmental food restrictions, preparations and packaging for natural God-given healthy food. RTCHF contracts with farmers to lease their animals and/or fields and owns the produce of those animals and fields. Therefore, all members of all clubs owns the produce, not the farmer. The farmer does not sell people anything but gets paid for his services to cultivate, grow, harvest, board and care for animals, collect, package and ship the produce owned by club members. All club members completely and heartily reject all governmental standards and authority in their membership agreements. See below.

In USA and Canada, we have the right to ownership. As it states in statutes of law, government agencies, including USFDA, have jurisdiction over Commerce. Commerce is the open exchange of goods to the public. Since RTCHF and its clubs are private closed-to-the-public associations, government has no jurisdiction, period.

Consider this case of governmental intimidation and interference to the private sector with government raid of Rawesome Club in Los Angeles County on Wednesday, June 30, 2010. The warrant claims that the property listed:
1. was used as the means of committing a felony
2. is possessed by a person with the intent to use it as a means of committing a public offense or is possessed by another to whom he or she may have delivered it for the purpose of concealing it or preventing its discovery
3. it tends to show that a felony has been committed or that a particular person has committed a felony.

Firstly, the County's claims the violation on Hearing Notice are felonies. As the law states, cited above, they are misdemeanors.

Authorities could not obtain a search warrant without substantial violation support so they made a false probable cause of felony. Therefore, the warrant is false and challengable in court, and the procurers and possibly executors are without immunity from criminal and civil prosecution. We all know that the City Attorney is not going to charge himself so it will be up to the members to file civil suit against all of those involved. Secondly, all members completely and implicitly reject all health department regulations as toxic, therefore a county health permit is not only a moot point but an absurdity. Thirdly, this ploy of the county was attempted in 2005. I sent the letter below to county health officials, rejecting their claim and hearing, citing its lack of jurisdiction. The same county health services department from Baldwin Park, CA was the perpetrator as it is now. In my letter, note that I gave them notice that if they entered the private property again, they would be in violation of trespass and harassment.

Why, 5 years later, is the county attempting to close Rawesome? Why were U.S. federal and Canadian government agents presentfor a county raid? Why, in the warrant, were Healthy Family Farms, and owner of Healthy Family Farms Sharon Palmer from Santa Paula, CA, and James Stewart named? James Stewart is a facilitator of Rawesome for RTCHF and his name does not appear anywhere on any documents relating to RTCHF or Rawesome's executive branch. RTCHF has a lease contract since December 1, 2009, for Healthy Family Farms animals, including its goat's. So members at Rawesome own the daily produce of their goats. Again, the county health department is out of the jurisdiction for RTCHF/Rawesome goat's milk, kefir and yogurt. The county health department knew all of this long before its raid on Rawesome on June 30, 2010.

This raid was most likely the result of RTCHF's/my recent actions to protect several dairies in Wisconsin, Pennsylvania and Illinois that had been raided and robbed by state and federal agencies, including USHHS and its branch FDA. I sent them noticed (see below) with the Expert Report In Favor of Raw (Natural) Milk, animal lease contracts and club membership agreements to prove they had no jurisdiction. They are upset.

What is the larger picture/story here? We must consider that the government is aligned with Big Dairy and has clandestine representatives in government. They want to continue to monopolize dairy and regulate it to the point that small diary farmers cannot survive with or without them. The proverbial thorn in their sides is the healthy raw diary movement. It has also been suggested and argued by many people that there exists a ruling class that wants to dumb-down everybody so that they can be easily controlled. The greater civilization grows in numbers, the more they feel the need to control people. Lowering people's health results in a weak populations that is not going to have the health, energy and time to stop politicians from stealing tax dollars for banksters, Big Pharma, agriculture and food-processing industries and medicine. They control the armies of police, sheriffs, highway patrols, marshals, military reserves, coast guards, homeland security police and all clandestine departments of every state and federal government. With the actions I have witnessed in the last 10 years. I must admit that I believe that the ruling class wants us controlled.

In my research with food over the last 42 years, I learned and proved that raw dairy provides nutrients to arrest many toxins and protect our bodies' systems more than any other food barring raw eggs. Our industry controlled society has already ruined most egg production by feeding chickens cooked and chemically processed soy and tons of antibiotics that are never a natural part of any fowl's diet. Consider also, the larger the local government ix, it is more likely that it will side with federal agendas. It has been established for at least 100 years that if states do not adopt federal law preferences, federal government withholds and/or denies federal funds to that local governments. If that local government is hurting for funds because they overspend as 99% of all politicians do, its a no-brainer who local government is going to favor between individual Constitutional rights and money.

Therefore, we have a David and Goliath situation here. We must produce the funds to pursue this raid in judicial and civil courts now before we do not have another opportunity. Obviously to me, they have come to my backyard Los Angeles to cut off the legs of RTCHF/me. They want to win this here so they can establish precedents. We cannot allow that to happen. It will affect everyone in USA and Canada.

I hope that you are well and happy. This letter will clear all questions that anyone may have about our club.

I am the elected President of Right To Choose Health Food’s Rawsome Club. I represent the Club in all matters. Right To Choose Healthy Food’s Rawsome Club is not open to the public. It is a members-only club. No one may enter the premises without having voluntarily and supportively signed the Membership Agreement (copy accompanying this letter). The Agreement explains in specific terms our pursuit of healthy life, liberty and happiness. We rejected, and continue to reject, any government health department regulations because they are harmful to our health. Therefore this club and its membership are out of your jurisdiction. All members have adamantly supported and signed the Agreement. Please understand and accept our choices for our pursuit of healthy life, liberty and happiness.

Now we come to the issue referenced above. I was notified by several of our volunteer members that you served the above mentioned Hearing Notice on the premises at 665 Rose Avenue, Venice, CA 90291. Without intending to be antagonistic, we must face the legal implications regarding your trespassing onto that property clearly posted as no trespassing. Seven of the members testified that you enter the posted NO-Trespassing premises without permission or warrant. Four of them testified that they told you to leave the property immediately but you refused and did not leave for about 30 minutes. That was antagonism and harassment against us. We are willing to forgive your trespass unless you and the county continue to harass us. Resultantly, the Hearing Notice is without legal merit. This letter and supportive document have explained everything that you would have learned in a hearing and we choose not to attend.

Unlike cow-share programs, lease-ownership agreements have precedence and a long history of success in all courts throughout USA. In fact, leases of all types are upheld everyday and are part of the backbone of our society.

CONCLUSION: Since the private club owns dairy, egg and meat production, there is no commerce involved. Since no commerce of buying or selling raw milk and our other products to the public is involved, or distributed in public places, government agencies have NO JURISDICTION over the production, labeling and use of the club’s products consumed by its members, nor is any permit required. WDA has no jurisdiction over our club’s products, labeling or not labeling, and transporting them. It is shameful for WDA to try to prevent us from producing and distributing our health-giving raw milk and other farm products to our members by threatening and imposing false warrants, seizures and arrests of our property. Since you were duly warned that this was a private club and you had no jurisdiction over it, your actions were criminal stealing, kidnap and trespass. Our raw milk and other products are health-giving. They are not health-damaging cigarettes, alcohol, or recreational or medical drugs.

Please cease and desist all searches, seizures and trespass on to Grazin’ Acres Farm, coop and club, Vernon Herschberger, family, helpers and vehicles. Also, we request that you cease and desist all of your survey-based scientifically unsubstantiated rhetoric about raw milk.

"Reverse osmosis (RO) is the most economical method of removing 90% to 99% of all contaminants. The pore structure of RO membranes is much tighter than UF membranes. RO membranes are capable of rejecting practically all particles, bacteria and organics >300 daltons molecular weight (including pyrogens). In fact, reverse osmosis technology is used by most leading water bottling plants.

Natural osmosis occurs when solutions with two different concentrations are separated by a semi-permeable membrane. Osmotic pressure drives water through the membrane; the water dilutes the more concentrated solution; and the end result is an equilibrium.

In water purification systems, hydraulic pressure is applied to the concentrated solution to counteract the osmotic pressure. Pure water is driven from the concentrated solution and collected downstream of the membrane.

Because RO membranes are very restrictive, they yield slow flow rates. Storage tanks are required to produce an adequate volume in a reasonable amount of time.

RO also involves an ionic exclusion process. My Favorite Salt ~ Kala Namak :

Kala Namak (Himalayan Black Salt, which is really Pink) : I love this salt. Some people hate it because the high sulfuric content makes one smell like rotten eggs. Personally, I use it for its unique health properties, and how it makes my food taste. Except when I am sweating in a public place, the smell is the least of my concerns.

Many suppliers assert on their websites that "Kala Namak is for people with high blood pressure and for people whom are on low-salt diets." When I read this, I was excited to hear that there was an alternative salt that might be beneficial for my old man who suffers from high blood pressure. Even though sodium chloride is still the most common ingredient in Kala Namak, then how in the world would can it lower one's blood pressure? Is there a synergistic relationship between the elements found in Kala Namak that affect blood pressure in a way that other salts don't? Hopefully science in due time will be able to resolve this ancient mystery. If you want to hear both sides of this complex story from a Western vs and Eastern point of view, read this short post.

My goal is to procure additional exotic salts from various "power spots" around the world and combine them together. Though, I have yet to have found a commercial salt that has the unique properties that Kala Namak has.

Kala namak consists primarily of sodium chloride and trace impurities of sodium sulphate,¹² iron sulphide,³⁴ and hydrogen sulphide.⁵

Sodium chloride provides kala namak with its salty taste, iron sulphide provides its dark violet hue, and all the sulphur compounds give kala namak its slight bitter taste as well as a highly distinctive smell, with hydrogen sulphide being the most prominent contributor to the smell.⁶

Although hydrogen sulphide is toxic in high concentrations, the amount present in kala namak used in food is small and thus its effects on health are negligible.⁷

Certain sources report that kala namak are created by evaporation of brine which has been boiled with harad seeds,⁸⁹¹⁰ others indicate that it is a natural halite mined from the ground.¹¹¹² The salt crystals appear black in colour, and are usually ground to a fine powder which is pink in colour.

Being carbon neutral may be only part of the equation... it seems to me that a lot of the greenwashing Enron-Madolf-Copenhagen-Kyoto like charlatans have figured out another way to concoct derivative formulas via cap and trade carbon credits. Meanwhile, they laugh tothe bank and paradoxically mean well - for who else will fulfill the world's insatiable thirst for oil?

Conversely, If there is no exponential population growth, what will China and the rest of the industrialized world need all them new coal power generation plants and tar sands for? WWIII?

Even though America is/was a great nation, we are a big part of the problem. The military industrial complex is the largest consumer of fossil fuels. I reckon that the average US citizen's footprint is pale in comparison.

Yes, we will get what we deserve. We will get our carbon tax and our quasi-socialist-capitalist universal health care. Meanwhile, I am still trying to figure out what to do with the BP Solar Logo sticker I have adhered to my Element's side window. Will a little slash through the words add up to anything? Why am I driving my own two axels of evil to begin with? I am just as much of a hypocrite as BP is. If I was so concerned about the environmental injustices, I'd stop driving my car. So, the sticker remains.

Whether we like it or not, the world population will be forced to comply with a green police state, and the future is beginning to look more like a muddled rainbow. Is headsail luff sag a bad thing, per se? Obviously if the sail has been cut with a straight luff intended any sag will spoil the shape, but why does it need to be designed with a straight luff in the first place? A straight luff requires much higher rig tensions, which in turn necessitate stronger, heavier, hulls. Asymmetric spinnakers are essentially headsails with large amounts of sag and they seem to perform well enough, on the faster skiffs they even operate at apparent wind angles similar to conventional jibs heading upwind.
Am I missing something?

Luff say is not bad per se. Just how it changes when a gust gcomes along. OK Say you are sailing along upwind in 10 knots of breeze. A puff comes and the wind is now 15knots. The forces in the sail increase ans this will increase the sag in the head stay. This will increase the camber in the sail. This is exactly what you do not want. You now have a deeper sail when you would prefer to have a flatter one. If you have a tigher stay to begin with the sag when the wind increases will not be as much as if the stay was less tight. This allows the sail to stay closer to the shape you want. If you didn't need to sail in changing winds then a looser tension would be acceptable.

Many boats change their tensions for the conditions on the day. When it is light they usually reduce the rig tension to allow the jib to be a bit fuller. When it is windy they run higher tension to keep the jib flat. One clsss that does this is the 49er where they only have one jib for all the wind range. The tension is adjusted depending on the gustiness of the day too. There is some writing about the NS14 that would be of interest.

Downwind the onslaught of the gust is less severe and you are "steering the boat under the rig" and so the need for sail to adjust to the gusting of the breeze is not as important.

Jib Sail : Height (J) x Base(I) / 2 = Sq. Area , and Main Sail Base(P) x Height(E) / 2 = Sq. Area
Add the areas for total square footage

Magic Formula :

square footage (of cloth)/4 = X
example : 36" (X=9), 28" (X=7), 24" (X=6)
sq. footage / X = linear yards
Add 30-40% for tablings, patching, waste, etc.

S-Curve : Compensates for head stay sag, yet gives belly :

1/3 down from head : Dimension = (-3/4)
Bisect clew at Max Draft
D = 1'.6"/18'

Here are some additional formulas that might go into greater detail :

For the basic sloop there are four figures to describe the size of the rig: I, J, P and E.
I = Foretriangle Height. This is the distance up from the shear line (gunwale) to the top of the hoist for the highest headsail. From the IOR rule it is the highest of the following: the intersection of the headstay (or an extension of it) and the front edge of the mast (or an extension of it), the center of the eye for the spinnaker or jib halyard block. This is a little confusing (and why shouldn't it be?) and you may have hard time finding a sailmaker who can actually tell you what this dimension represents.
J = Foretriangle Base. This the distance from the front of the mast to the point where the headstay intersects the shear.
P = Mainsail Hoist. This is the distance beween the black bands on the mast.
E = Mainsail Foot. This is the distance beween the black bands on the boom.
Mizzen sails (on yawl or ketch) are measured as mainsails with the dimensions called PY and EY.
LP = Luff Perpendicular. This is a perpendicular from the luff of a sail running through the clew. This dimension is used to determine the rated percent size of a sail. The percent size of a sail is the ratio of LP/J. If the LP is 15 feet and the J is 10 feet the sail is a 150%. This does not reflect the sail size as compared to the 100% foretriangle. It does not account for luff length. Two headsails with the same LP will have the same percent size regardless of the luff lengths. One could have a luff that was half the length of the other and therefore be half the area of the other but still be the same percent size.
If the lengths of the sides of the sail are known the LP can be found from the following perimiter formula:
LP=leech*sin(2*acos(sqrt(P2*(P2-foot)/luff*leech)))
where: P2 = 1/2 perimeter = 1/2 * (luff + leech + foot)
Area of sails is calculated using basic triangle shapes without accounting for roach or leech hollow.
Mainsail area is 1/2 foot * luff or 1/2 luff * foot.
Headsail area is 1/2 luff * LP.
If the LP is not known the sail area can be found from the following formula that uses the perimiter:
SA=sqrt(P2*(P2-Luff)*(P2-leech)*(P2-foot)
where: P2 = 1/2 perimeter = 1/2 * (luff + leech + foot)

My Ericson 32' was surveyed yesterday by Terry Tupper of Blue Water Surveyors, and I was advised to log my maintenance of the vessel - engine, oil changes, electrical, rigging, plumbing, etc.

After not much success scouring the internet for a viable iPhone or OSX log app, I concluded that I could easily embed the Boat Log Paperback Book protocols into my blog.

""The practice of keeping a log goes back hundreds of years, probably to some long forgotten explorer ("Fernando the Prudent") who started keeping notes on where he'd been so that he could find his way home. Whatever the origin, keeping a log proved to be such a great idea that the practice has since been mandated by law, at least on commercial vessels over 75 tons, and is considered good seamanship. According to Capt. Russell Woodill, the captain of Sea-land Performance, a 980-foot container ship, he relies on several logs: an engine log, deck logs, and the official logbook. The latter includes records of ship's events, weather, and positions (recorded on each watch), sailing drafts, vessel stability, required drills, and crew information."

Cosmo's Hefty Asparagus Dahl Recipe

Since my dietary program is 70% raw / 30% cooked, I thought I'd share one of my favorite dishes. The Ayurvedic recipe is quite flexible, so feel free to experiment or adjust to your needs.

Serves Two :

Picture Pending :

Soak the following for a minimum of five hours, rinse, and drain :

2 cups of basatti rice
2 cups of yellow mung bean
Add approx. 6 cups of water with a tablespoon of celtic salt, and place ingredients into a pressure cooker for one half hour.
PS. : You can even sprout your mung beans or peas and add them to the rice at the very end.
Boil asparagus till soft.

Herbal Blend :
I usually use a coffee grinder for the more course herbs. And, nothing can substitute for fresh. Pundits claim that once an herb has been ground down and dehydrated, it looses 50% of its potency.

Fresh Ginger : cut separate
Fresh Garlic : cut separate
Fresh Turmeric : cut separate
Coriander
Cumin
Fennel
Anise
Star Anise
Garam Masala
Cayenne
Cinnamon
Green Pepper corns
Fenugreek Seeds
etc.

Remove pressure cooker from stove, and mix 1tbl. of ghee (substitute a cup of coconut milk or an avocado) and a half cup of the herbal preparation into the pot. Mix all the ingredients together with a large spoon.

Finally, add the asparagus to the mixture, and garnish with two handfuls of fresh sunflower sprouts, and squeeze a half lemon over each serving.

Wildcrafting seaweeds can be a lot of fun. My favorite seaweeds are Nori and Dulse. You will need to know when you can access the tidal pools, and the habitat zones of different species.

I have seen my favorite West Coast wildcrafted seaweed ~ dulse sold in the bulk food section of health food stores. I know it grows along the Pacific Coast.

Nori is the common seaweed that is used to make sushi. Most of the Nori is imported from the orient. Earth Family Foods sells packages of 100 sheets. I have no idea what the weed looks like or where to wildcraft it. If somebody can give me some tips, I'd appreciate it.

If I was going to wildcraft seaweeds in tidal pools, I would invest in the following :

a really good wet suit
lead belt
high quality snorkling gear
underwater knife
a net harvesting bag
some really good books for identifying the weeds
tidal times reference guide

As long as you have professional equipment and stay warm, it can be a lot of fun! Plan to have a bonfire on the beach, and roast some shiskabobs.

I think the biggest challenge here is identifying the different species of seaweeds. Some of them are real easy to identify like Kelp or Kombu ~ the ones with the big ball on the vine that look like a bull whip. This weed is commonly used in macrobiotic soup.

I don't know if any species are toxic. Also, there might be some government wildcrafting regulations. If the weeds are harvested in the Summer, they could easily be sun dried on a clothes line at home. Warning: Do not use your clothes dryer!

Make sure you harvest your seaweed where the ocean water is clean.
Be careful walking around tide pools. The rocks can be slippery or very rough. Buy a shoe that will give you proper traction.
Be careful swimming around tidal pools. Allow yourself enough time to get in and out.
Personally, I find it much safer to snorkel than scuba because equipment can get tangled, plus one does not have to worry about limited air supply. Most of the seaweeds are going to be in the 30' depth range, which is totally accessible via snorkling. Just make sure you have the best equipment to stay warm.
Take a buddy.
Be careful of critters that sting like sea anemones, corals, eels, and jellyfish.
If you don't know what it is, don't touch it!

Here is one of my favorite sandwiches that hits the spot.

Homemade Raw Hummus :
Use your intuition ~ Be flexible

Soak organic garbanzos overnight. I soaked three pounds for 24 hours till they sprouted. Then I zipplocked the leftover beans, and placed in the freezer.
Fill your Bullet half full of frozen garbanzos, and add the following :
4 tbl. of raw sesame butter
half of a lemon
1 tbl. of raw Apple Cider Vinegar
5 pearls of garlic
1 piece of fresh ginger
1/2 tsp. of cayenne
1/2 tsp. of curry
2 tbl. miso
6 pods of cardamon seed
1 tsp. of cumin
1 star of anise
1 tsp. of fennel
5 green pepper corns
1 tbl. of coriander seeds
1/2 of water for thick and creamy consistency

For $50, the Bullet is pretty good deal. I like it because it comes with two sets of blades, two lids, and several extra containers. And, its compact enough to pack in a suitcase.

After blending, store ingredients in refrigerator. There is no need to transfer the ingredients to a Tupperware container, as the Bullet's upper half can be used as one. The unit comes with several sizes of mixing containers, so you won't be left empty handed.

Smother the hummus on a bed of kale leaves, or make wraps.
Garnish w/ a large handful of sunflower sprouts
Garnish the hummus with flower petals : Calendulas, lavender, marigolds, etc.
Splash some fresh hemp or Organic Bariani Extra Virgin Olive Oil
I enjoy sourdough whole grain bread from Sage Bakery, Santa Fe, NM . I consider sourdough bread a borderline live food. Even though most of the beneficial lactic acid bacteria may have been killed through the baking process, the culture makes the bread delectable. Personally, I find sourdoughs easier to digest.
Make a sprouted corn tortilla burrito hummus wrap

Diary :

Ever since he got out of the military, renegade Captain Jeff had long hair, now he prefers the skin head look. He threw his ponytail into a pod of dolphins, and it landed on top of one's melon. He said there have been two republicans who have attended one of his dolphin expeditions since they began 15 years ago, claiming also that he does not sleep much because he is too busy mulling over all the stories he enjoys to tell.

It took me a while to get used to the ambient 24/7 humming sound that the two 440/3phase AC 40W generators made during the duration of the seven day trip. As the hum falls off into the background, guests co-mingle at the kitchen table playing scrabble, reminding each other that its the group dynamic that makes a dolphin trip.

Meanwhile, Captain Jeff has taken giant steps to get a guest's medication for her epileptic seizures. Otherwise, we run the risk of having to resolve her medical problems when we would rather be swimming with dolphins.

I had my first dolphin swim yesterday. Jeff says that the dolphins echolocate everyone's body. The first encounter I had was with the ropes. As the dolphins swam with us, there were three ropes suspended from the back of the dingy that we held our hands onto.

Jeff swims deep, and a Ramora fish follows him wherever he goes. The way he aeronautically moves through the water creates a gravitational field that pulls the little fish in his stream. The guests were quite receptive to the ramoras, but the ramoras were only interested in the graceful lifeform of their host.

Laura dresses up as a mermaid while diving. She has a white dress that makes her look like a dolphin. Yogi Troy is doing a professional photo shoot of her.

Last night a group congregated on the bow of the boat. With my rubber matt and zazu pillow. I told them I felt a bit lame for just wanting to meditate. They could relate, as most of the people here are into yoga.

I went into la-la land for six hours and experienced long and detailed dreams of somebody's astral home.

A beautiful young lady asked me if I liked her. My spirit guides transported our crew down a rather unusual road. The breakers along the coastline were washing over the road. We travelled down a dirt road where I interacted with multiple people in a Bohemian village. I ended up in a house where I offered to fix somebody's plumbing. I unscrewed a plugged valve, and gallons of effluent came pouring down the pipe onto my face. Feeling quite socially objectionable, I exited the scene and bumped into another part of the structure only to discover that broken gas pipes had burst into flames. Apparently, kids were to blame for the accident. I woke.

Troy gave yoga classes at sunrise and a lot of energy was released. We have been doing yoga twice a day. Sitting in our pod,, Rima encouraged me to do the splits.

The sun is shining, and we are getting ready to depart the coastal line of North Bibimi Island. We had pancakes for breakfast. Being on the live food program for so long, I can't remember the last time I had a pancake. But hey, I'm on a radical venture here out in the Atlantic Ocean. I needed to cut myself a little slack.

We have a full time cook on the boat. I have not remembered her name yet... "Terry" what is wrong with me? How come my brain does not remember people's names the first time? Whatever... I am not the type of person that likes to use force to remember things. Either I don't or I do... If I don't that just leaves more room in the void to remember something else.

So, I sit in my little corner of the boat pecking on the keys of my MacBook Pro feeling quite content in my bubble.

9:15AM The water is a bit choppy, and the Indigo is transporting the crew several miles off the island. From there, Dolphinboy Jeff will use his motorized dingy to herd a pod of dolphins towards the main vessel. We await and prepare ourselves for the next swim.

I was excited when I heard this news because I enjoy wildcrafting for herbs, and I figured this would be an easy one to identify. So, I called my friend Ashley who lives up in Raton, New Mexico. She mentioned a year ago that she had a beautiful Elderberry tree growing next to her septic tank in her front yard. Not knowing much about the merits of its immune enhancing properties, she accidently pruned her tree. When I told her that "having an Elderberry tree on one's property was considered by folklore to be a "Big Blessing," she was surprised.

I was sad to hear that other than a few dry berries left on the ground, there were none left to be found on the tree. She said the birds and bears had been feasting on her property. I told her to look for more Elderberry trees, as for sure there would be more in her neighborhood that she could forage to her heart's content.

Meanwhile, I'm determined to find a late bloomer. Also, there are plenty of Elderberry products available at the herb store to consume. Though, I'd much prefer to wildcraft and consume large doses of the fresh juice, as the commercial extracts are expensive. I will probably add some other immune enhancers to my concoction... But for now, my body is telling me to procure a supply of fresh Elderberries!
